1960s ROOSTER Necktie Mens Vintage Wide Square Bottom All Acetate Blue Tie with Printed Polka Dot designs by ROOSTER
is on back order
Rooster was started in the 1930s by Jerry Meyers. They introduced their signature squared end tie in the 1950s making mostly "conversational" novelty printed ties, with quirky images or themes that were more for fun than formal wear. The black rooster label dates to the late 60s and early 70s. Later the tag would be navy and the logo would change. Meyers sold the brand in the 1960s and has since worked for Nautica, Burberry and Ralph Lauren designing ties.
